About:Chinese Crew, Resident and Journalist Visa

Dear Sir,
I got marry a Pakistani ,and we only regisiter our marriage certificate in Pakistan, not in China, now I am living in Pakistan. I 'd like to apply D visa for my husband for live in china in the near future, pls advise me can I get the D visa for my husband or not ? my husband had been to China for two time for business visa before marriage . Which document are necessary for me to prepare for get the D visa for my husband ? I am looking forward your reply, thank you so much !

Your husband can get China D visa. Firstly, you are supposed to get a residence permit for your husband at the public security bureau by presenting your marriage certificate, and then you can use the residence permit to apply for a D visa.

You need to apply for a L tourist visa.
