We are planning to fly to Lijiang for five days on 11th June, and would be leaving from Singapore. My husband is unable to get back to Singapore before then to apply in person but I might be able to, so could you please advise me as to whether I can lodge the application for him and pick up the visas, and whether it can be done in one day?
