About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

I have job offer in Shanghai,Philippine passport holder, i'm currently holding EP (Employment pass here in Singapore), can i processed my Z visa at Chinese Embassy in Singapore.

Previously, applicants are required to back to their home countries to apply for Chinese Z visa. Well, I have heard that it is now possible to appy for Z visa outside their home countries and even within the mainland Chinese border. You have Singaporean EP. I think you can apply for a Z visa in Singapore.
