A mutual visa-agreement have been signed between Russian and Hong Kong stating that Russian ordinary passport holders are allowed to visit Hong Kong withour visa for sightseeing for 14 days. The agreement was signed in April and was planned to take effect in June. Just not sure if it comes into effect or not.
