The multiple entry L visa is often granted to those who visit family members/relatives in China. Usually, the multiple-entry L visa will not be granted to a first-time applicant who intends to visit China for sightseeing.

I am a Nigerian passport holder, married to a Chinese woman.
I intend to visit Singapore in a few days time. Please can I reapply for entry to China from Singapore? What documents are my required to bring along on my journey to Singapore? Can I apply for an L visa from China embassies in Cambodia, and Singapore?
Your information will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Mr Michael, you can apply for an L visa in Singaporem but it is uncertain if you can get it approved by the visa officers.
