About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

I lived in Abu Dhabi with UAE residence visa. I will stay in HK for 14 days to be with my mother during my annual leave. Since i am Philippine passport holder, no need for me to get visa for HK. During my stay in HK, i want to visit my bestfriend in China, am i required to get China visa?if yes, where could i avail?upon arrival in HK or in your office...thanks

You can get the visa in either the China Embassy in UAE or in Hong Kong. ( Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of PRC in the Hong Kong SAR.
