About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

I have a friend (Mexican citizen) who is currently staying in China for a long holiday since last 2-3 months. She will be visiting Singapore for a short trip and would like to re-apply for China entry visa in Singapore. I want to know if there are any restrictions for Mexican Citizens to apply for visa at this time. If there are any special documets needed for visa application, what are those documents?

Appreciate your early response.

Thank you.

Best Regards,
Lokesh

At this time, I think the Mexican citizens have difficulty in applying for a Chinese visa. But your friend still have a chance if he haven't return to Mexico in the recent 2 or 3 months. He also need provide his itinerary in the recent two months besides other requirements
