Ms.yang, yes, you can apply for another tourist visa in Hong Kong. The requirements are:
1. Your valid actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity left before expiration and at least one blank page left in it.
2. One completed Visa Application Form with one additional passport photo (black & white or color is acceptable).
3. a copy of Chinese hotel booking and return flight ticke.
4. financial proof (if the visa officials ask you to provide)

Currently, it is not as easy to get a mainland Chinese visa in Hong Kong as before. The visa policy is tightened.
