About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

hi, im chinese (China passport) holding employment pass and working in Singapore. do i need to apply anything if i want to travel to HongKong for a short trip (5 days) ?

how many working days will they need for the permit?
Do they have any express one?

It usually takes 4 working days for the processing.
However, I heard that some Chinese embassies and consulates have stopped the express service because of Swine flu
