In China, the child born in wedlock or out of wedlock can get China citizenship. But China doesn't allow a citizen to own China citizenship as well as another country's citizenship at the same time. So, if your child has got Philippine nationality, you must give up it and apply for Chinese nationality.

I'm not familiar with the nationality law of Philippines.According to it, as long as parent is Philippines, his or her child can get Philippine citizenship.
You are a Chinese and your wife is a Philippine. Now, you reside in Philippines. According to Chinese nationality law, your child cannot get Chinese nationality. Your child can give up his original nationality and apply for Chinese nationality. However, this process is very difficult.
