About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Hi
I am a HKSAR passport holder with a UAE resident visa. At the moment Im working in Dubai and will transfer to Abu Dhabi. My company is requesting an education certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign affairs (UAE) and the Embassy of home country in the UAE. However, Im not graduated my Degree in China/HK.
Can I still work this in China Embassy?
What kind of documents i need?
What are the procedures?
Thank you very much!
