Mr.Aktanto, I'm not sure you can certainly get the Chinese visa in Thailand, but you can have a try. The required documents listed on the official website of Chinese embassy in Thailand are:
1) The original passport with a validity more than six months and enough blank visa pages;
2) One completed visa application form in Chinese or English, attached with one of the applicant's recent colorful front pictures of upper body (30mm X 40mm)
3) round-trip (vehicle, ship) ticket (so your train/bus ticket, e-ticket from Shenzhen to Malaysia are Ok for visa application)
4) the hostel booking
5) if necessary, the travel check or bank saving statement is required (so maybe the visa official won't ask for your depoist bank certificate)
