About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hello, I am a German and will travel to Singapore, and after that I will go to visit my girlfriend in China. I just want to make sure that I can apply Chinese visa in Singapore. Because I tried to apply it in Nepal, but they said I should be back Germany to apply. And if I can, what documents do I need to apply Chinese visa?

Mr.Sander, 3rd country passport holders should provide original and a photocopy of their Singapore PR, WP, EP, or valid visa. Do you have one of these documents?
