Question

I'm US citizen and will pass by Japen (Tokyo).  I'm having a family emergency, need to arrive Beijing ASAP.  Since Monday (May 25) is  a US National holiday, Los Angeles China consulate is closed.    I like to get an Expedited “Multi-Entry Visa with 12 month”  China Visa via Japan.  Can I do so? Please eamil back ASAP.  Thank you.

Mr Weng, it is impossible for you to get an expedited multiple-entry in Japan. Today is Saturday, and the consular office is off business. Additionally, don't you notice that someone here has said: the China embassy in Japan grants visas only for the aliens holding Japanese long-stay visa(more than one year).
