About:Hangzhou City-Bus and Taxi

Is the boat traveling between Wulinmen and Suzhou still operating? I read it leaves at 17:30 and takes 14 hours to Suzhou. Can I make reservations on-line or by phone? need price info also.

I tried that number twice but could not get through. From US, I dialed 011-the number and 01186-the number. I do not know how to dial from United states.
