About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hello, I am a German and will travel to Singapore,and after that I will go to visit my girlfriend in China,is it possible to apply Chinese in Singapore? One more thing is if yes, I do not forgot my invitation in Germany. Could it be fine that she send it via email or post? Thank you!

It is possible for you to apply for a Chinese visa in Singapore. She'd better send the invitation by post.
