my boss(belguim) is working in singapore is travelling to beijing for urgent business

Question

My boss(Belguim) is working in Singapore is travelling to Beijing for urgent business meeting on June 1 in the morning. We can only received the Government letter from by May 22 in the afternoon. By the time we submitt the application form is on May 25 and it takes 4working days to process. China Embassy is closed on May 28 & 29. So can it be a special case that can we received the visa before May 27 so that he can attend his meeting on June 1. Your kind understanding is very much appreciated. There is rush service available at the embassy. Since you have submitted your application, make a call to the embassy or  go to the embassy in person to ask for rush service.
