About:Chinese Embassy in Cameroun

Sir.
I am a Cameroonian living and working in Thailand,

I want to know if i can go to China to renew my passport in China and to be there myself? cameroon does not have an Embassy here in Thailand.

I also want to know if i can processed a new passport at the embassy there in China.
