HI,
Im going to Macau. Wanna Knw hw much time it takes to travel from macau to Guangzhou n Hong kong. By which means of transport we must travel?

I think you can take the intercity bus from Macau to Guangzhou and then go from Guangzhou to Hong Kong by train, by bus or by ship.
By bus, it takes 3.5 hours from Macau to Guanzhou and about 2 hours from Guangzhou to Hong Kong.
At the Yuexiu South Bus Station in Guangzhou, there are buses to go to Hong Kong.
Yuexiu South Bus Station → Hong Kong
Departure Time: 08:00, 16:00
Ticket Fare: CNY80
Stopover: Metropark Hotel Mong Kok, Shun Tak Centre Sheung Wan, Central Harbour Government Building, Wan Chai Subway Station, Ocean Park
