Hi,im applying my colleague for Nigerian Visa,one of the requirements is his school credentials,however his diploma is written in chinese and Nigerian embassy needs an english translation.will Chinese embassy in singapore be able to translate and endorse a Diploma from Hongkong?I only have the scanned copy,the original copy is in Hongkong.Can you help me?If yes,how do i do it?
