About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I'M MALAYSIAN. I WANT GO TO SHENZEN. CHINA. MAY I KNOW WHAT DOCUMENT I NEED TO BRING WHEN I GO TO DO MY VISA? MAY I KNOW THE PRICE AND NEED WAIT FOR HOW MANY DAYS?
SHOULD I GO BY MYSELF OR CAN ASK OTHERS PEOPLE TO DO THE VISA FOR ME?

Hand in these documents: your valid passport, photo, application form, two-way air tickets and hotel reservation and Singapore visa or residence permit.
You can entrust others to send the application on your behalf.

thanks..may i know where can get the application form? if i not yet do the hotel reservation , can i do the visa?
