About:China Visa

I am a U.S. citizen and a pilot for Northwest Airlines. My Chinese Crew Visa (C Visa) expired on May 15th. I will be on vacation in Bangkok and am wondering if I can get the C type visa renewed at the embassy there provided I have the proper paperwork. Thanks in advance!!
