About:Chinese Embassy in Nigeria

I study in china and also married in china,my student visa has change to Lvisa which are renew every 3 months, now i want to used working visa in china, pls advice what are the requirment document i need to submitted at the embassy in Nigeria.

Documents required:
1.Valid passport, which must have at least 6 months validity left and enough blank visa pages
2. a completed visa application form with photo attached
3. visa notice sheet from an authorized Chinese agency
4. physical examination form for foreigners issued by by an accredited hospitals in your country
5. the copy of your labour contract with a Chinese employer
