About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Dear Sir/Mam,
Will it be hard to get a tourist visa today because of the swine flu virus?what else do they need for tourist visa?will they ask for any bank statement

To my personal knowledge, the Chinese embassy and consulates in USA will ask for the applicant' itinerary in the two weeks rather than bank statement
