You need a visa for China. It is possible for your apply for the China visa in Dubai by submiting your documents and your valid UAE residence permit.

Your friend can apply for the visa in Malaysia. Indonesian passport holders can enjoy visa-free access to Macau and stay there for up to 30 days.
