Hello,I am filipino working as Employment Pass in singapore, can i processed my Z Visa here going to China-Shanghai? Thanks.

Generally, it is easier to get your Z visa for China processed at the Chinese embassy in your home country. Many Chinese embassies don't handle Z visa application for applicants from a third country.
