About:Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport

I have a small group of 13pax, arrival at Hangchow airport (in February 2010) and want to proceed to Shanghai. How much is the cost (meeting service vehicle only) for an overland transfer from the airport to hotel in Shanghai. Thanks.
