About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi, I am a Singaporean currently studying in Australia. However, I would like to travel to beijing for 20 days to explore China, my trip will end in Shanghai. I understand the visa waiver limit is 15 days. I will not be in Singapore before my trip to Beijing so is there any way I can apply for the appropriate visa online? If so which visa do i apply for and where can I apply for that visa? Thank you very much.

You have to apply for a Chinese L visa(tourist visa) at the nearest Chinese embassy or consulates in Australia. Where are you currently based in?
