About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I'll be going to Shanghai for my sister's graduation on June for a week. What documents do I need to prepare to apply for visa? Thanks

L visa is issued to applicants who intend to visiting friends in China. Documents required:
1. Actual passport, which must have at least 6 months validity left before expiration
2. A duly filled application form with a passport style affixed
3. Double-way flight tickets and confirmed hotel booking(if you will stay in a hotel)
4. An invitation letter from your friend with her contact information written on it
