About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi, I'm visiting Dongguan and Shanghai for 5-days only on a business trip. May I know which type of visa do I need to apply for?

Are you invited by an organization or a company in China? If you have an invitation letter for a business trip, you can apply for an F visa(business visa).
