Hi..my friend study at Mainland, China and he is here in the philippines right know..it is possible that he can get police clearance here in Embassy of China in the philippines?what is the procedure to get police clearance here?Thanks

Your friend should firstly go to the nearest police station to get his fingerprint attested and then authenticated by the embassy.
