Hi! if by train, there is no direct trains between the two cities. You have to make a transfer at Hankou, Wuchang, Jiujaing or Shenzhen (West).
By air, get to Wuhan first and shift a plane to Guangzhou. Wuhan-Guangzhou air ticket is not expensive now.0
