i have a plan to work in china-macao, may i ask what are the requirements? how many days can i get my work visa? is it possible to get my visa as soon as possible? what are the procedures?

It takes a little longer to get Macau work visa than Chinese visa. You should send your materials directly to the Immigration Department of Macau, instead of Chinese embassy. The requirements for Macau visa are somewhat different from that of mainland China visa. You are advised to contact the immigration department.
