You can inquiry if the connecting ticket is available. I think it may be cheaper or round trip is cheaper too. There is no direct flight, so you should make a transfer at Chengdu or Shanghai. Hangzhou is quite near from Shanghai, you can get there by bullet train in half a hour or so. I guess, Shanghai to Bangko air ticket is cheaper than Bangko to Shanghai. Hope it helps.
