About:Chinese Embassy in Malta

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought some items from a company in China but I haven't received the goods yet. The last email they sent me was that the package is in Malta but I don't believe this is true because Maltapost have tried everything they can to track the item. Now thay are not replying to my emails but when I tried to email them from another account asking to buy a mobile phone they did reply. What shall I do ... Please help??
