About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines
What are schedule of working hours for visa application? Where, in the embassy or consulate?
My daughter(25 years old) is abroad. Can I fill out a visa application and declaration form for her without her signature? She has been to China once before. I have been to China many times via HK.
How long will regular processing take? How about rush?
