WHAT IS THE BEST AND CHEAPEST WAY TO REACH FUJIAN FROM INDIA. ALSO ARE THERE ANY CONNECTIONS FROM HONGKONG.

As far as I know, there are direct flights from India to Fuzhou and Xiamen of Fujian. It is impossible to make a transfer in Hong Kong. I mean you may need a visa to enter mainland China through Hong KOng. Good luck!
