About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Can you recommmend a hotel to stay at very close to the airport? I have an overnight layover.

You could try the Novotel Baiyun Airport Hotel located 200 meters from the arrival hall. The hotel has free bus service for theri guests.

See the Renhe Good East Hotel located 3 kilometers from the airport. The given price for a standard room is about 190yuan per night. It also has free bus from airport to the hotel.
