About:Shanxi Area & Zip Code

I have a call from UK as he said , but the number that enter into my cellphone was this 862161924136, anohter was 862161924130,and the last one was 862161924118, .
My question is , in what part of country from this number belong? what country he called from ? Thank you , Glad to hear from all, so that i know if hes lying or not.Coz i dont know about this numbers where it comes from .Thank you in advance.

Hi Whena, if you want to call from A country to B country. The exit code of A country must be added first! The exit code of UK is 00, so i think the call is not from UK. 86 is not a exit code. I guess this may be an internet call or something like that. Keep alarm!
