Hi! I was wondering, if I need to get my buisness visa by the 1st of June, when should I apply? I am willing to pay for the rush fee but Will the rush option be still available due to the delay that the swine flu may cause?I 'm applying for a 3 months visa so i don't want to apply too early as it must still be available on the 28th of August.Thanks for your prompt response.

In Chinese Consulates and Embassy in USA, the expedited service has been cancelled. I assume the rule is applicable to almost all the Chinese consulates in North America.
