About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

My brother is a Thai who has US Citizen and he is currently in Europe, he will come back to Bangkok next week and spend a week here in Bangkok.....After that, he was just asked to go to China to attend a meeting and he wonder whether he can apply for visa here in Bangkok next week? If yes, pls let me know how many days will it take to apply for visa to China? 2 to 3 days? and also what are the documents needed?

Currently, which country's passport does your brother hold? He can apply for the visa in Thailand. The normal processing time is 4 working days, but there is rush service available at the embassy. He can pick up the visa within 2-3 working days by paying extra visa fees.
