About:Embassy & Consulates of Cambodia in China

Hello, I want to know whether some one can send his passport and I then apply for him as the Embassy of Cambodia is not in my Country Nigeria.

mr andy i think that the best thing for the owner of the passport to go and apply and apply on his own.cambodia is also visa on arrival to nigeria passport.are you clear.thanks.
