Question

About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

To whom it may concern,

I am a student in Tokyo (student visa for 1 year) and I wanted to go visit Beijing for 3 days in May. But I saw that my Dutch passport expires at the end of September (so 4 more months) of this year.
I have consulted the Netherlands embassy and it would take too long to get a new passport and later on a visa for China before the departure date.
Any advice?
Thank you in advance

Mrs Isabelle, to apply for a Chinese visa, your passport should have at least six months validity period left before expiration. It is better to renew your passport first.
