About:Embassy & Consulates of Canada in China

Hello,
I am Owusu Stephen, presently teaching in China with my Russian wife. I just want to know how to be a Canadian citizen with my family.

To be a Canadian citizen, you must have lived there for a certain period. Or you have millions of dollars and plan to invest there.This website may be helpful to you: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp
