It is possible to rent a bike in Guilin and cycling to Yangshuo and leave hem there by a rental service

I am a fraid no direct bus from Hong Kong to Guilin. If you want to go staightforward, usually, taking plane is the most common way. Or you should make a transfer to Guangzhou or Shenzhen at first.
