Question

I am a Myanmar passport holder. I have alien registration in Japan and living with student status. I submitted a paper to The International Conference on Electrical Engineering 2009 (ICEE2009) and it was selected. For that reason I have to attend this conference. This conference will be held in Shenyang on July 5th-9th, 2009 organized by the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE). So I would like to know 1. Which type of visa do I need to apply?2. How long will it take to get visa?3. Can I apply arrival on visa for my case?Best RegardsMyo

You need to apply for an F visa. The normal processing time is 4 working days if all the documents are submitted. It is advisable to apply for the visa before your departure.
