About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

I am a Bangaldeshi citizen and working in Japan now. I want to participate a conference in Harbin, China.
1. Which documents should I submit to get a visa?
2. Since I live near to Fukuoka, can I get visa from Fukuoka?

The required materials for getting an F visa:
1. An invitation letter from the Chinese authority
2. A passport style photo affixed to a duly fillde application form
3.original passport with enough validity and blank visa pages left
4. Japanese residence permit
