hi please help me i wanna call my bestfriend in xinjiang medical university but i cant contact her. what can i do, i have her mobile number but i dnt no how to dial including the code number.please how to dial show me. thank you so much.

The international code of Philippines is 63. You can call her at 6386 mobile phone number

Do not listen to Ms Yuan(China)'s advice. All you have to do to call IDD direct from your prepaid Smart or Globe is to dial 86 your friend's full mobile number beginning with 1 etc.

To reiterate: The country code for China is 86
the country code for Philippines is 63. You are in the PI making a direct call to China, so where's the need or sense to use an INCOMING PI code?

Thank you so much, Mr. rx from United States. Ms. Yuan really made a mistake, as I am not so familiar with the international call from Philippine to China. And I just can not tell country code from country's exit code. 63 is the country code for Philippine.
