Assuring you our highest esteem as you , know the ISRM (International symposium on Rock Mechanic) will be held in university of Hongkong-China(19-22 May 2009).I am waiting your favorable response. I will grateful in if you prepare some facility for me to participate in this International Conference.Also, I faxed the invitation letter of the University of HOng-kong, departmant of Civil Engineering for China Embassy in Tehran and the invitation letter for me to participate in SINOROCK 2009.
