Simatai Great Wall is very dangerous. It is kept in the wild appearance. Should you have a height problem, I suggest you take a cable car to the wall. You can choose some safe sections to climb Simatai, and ask which sections are safe from your guide or local villagers. Remember, safety always comes first!
